What sizes do you carry?

We size using data from performance and athleisure brands you already trust, so if you know your size at other premium brands, you're in the right range. Full size charts are listed on every product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, email support@modomwear.com and we'll help you find the right fit.

What's the fabric like?

Our fabrics are built with 4-way stretch, a soft hand feel, and strong recovery so they hold their shape wear after wear. Most styles are moisture-wicking and breathable, made to move with you whether you're at your desk or on the move. Exact composition varies by style, and full details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my Modom gear?

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener. It breaks down stretch fibers over time and shortens the life of your gear. Avoid ironing directly on any printed or embroidered details.

Can I see more photos of a product before I buy?

THE MONTHLY GIVEAWAY

How does the giveaway work?

Every dollar you spend equals one entry into our monthly sweepstakes for consumer tech prizes. There are no extra steps. Your purchase enters you automatically. Full details and no-purchase entry options are in our Official Rules.

Do gift cards or Modom Coins count toward the giveaway?

Yes. Every dollar spent on Modom Coins or apparel counts as one entry. Because entries apply immediately, gift cards and Modom Coins are non-refundable.

If I return an item, does that affect my entries?

Yes. Entries into our monthly giveaway are based on dollars spent, so any entries earned from a returned item are removed from your total once the refund is processed. Instant entries earned through Modom Coins are non-refundable and won't be reversed.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Add the items you want to your cart, then click the cart icon to review it. When you're ready, select checkout and complete your order on the next page.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, email us right away at support@modomwear.com. We'll do our best to catch it before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. As we grow, we'll expand from there.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship fast and arrive within a few business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

How can I track my order?

The email you provide at checkout is where your order confirmation and shipping updates will be sent. Once your order ships, you'll get a link to track it directly with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

We want you to love what you wear. If something's not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange it for a different size or style. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Gift cards and Modom Coins are final sale and not eligible for return.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@modomwear.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We'll confirm your eligibility and send over next steps, including where to ship your item.

How long does a refund take to process?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return. Since entries into our monthly giveaway are based on dollars spent, any entries earned from a returned order will be removed from your total.
