1. Check your eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Reach out to us
Email support@modomwear.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll confirm your eligibility and send over next steps, including where to ship your item.
3. Choose your option
Exchange: Send your item back and we'll get you the right size or style.
Refund: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
4. Know what it affects
Gift cards and Modom Coins aren't eligible for return. If your order earned sweepstakes entries, a refund on that order will remove those entries from your total. Instant entries earned through Modom Coins are non-refundable and won't be reversed.
